QUESTIONS I MIGHT ASK IF I KNEW THE ANSWERS

I struggle, as others might, with the difference among peaceful protests, anarchy and riots. Most of the world seems to be struggling with those right now.  What does each one mean? Where does one cross over to another?
Is there any truth in what we read, hear or watch via the media? We have lost our moral compass as we have taken G-d out of the equation. We seek clarity and truth but without Divine Clarity and Divine Truth there is NOclarity, Nor truth whatsoever!
We can’t believe the press! We can’t believe the politicians. We can’t believe the medical world. We can’t believe the poor or the rich. We can’t believe the liberals or the conservatives.  Wherein lies our HOPE! ALL hope is found in the Word of G-d! You may say, “But where does the Bible reveal G-d’s directions to all the many questions that plague most of humanity today?”

For me, the answer is two fold. First: We must recognize that there is a G-D! He is the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He sent His Son to Earth to redeem us from sin. If we accept the free gift of salvation through Yeshua (Jesus). We are presented with the gift of eternal life with Him. A place where there will be no sorrow or pain. We must be willing to lay down every part of our lives that is not of the nature of our G-d.
When we read that G-d loves us, we filter that through the experiences of our lives up to that point. We are taught that those experiences make us "REAL". When the Divine Truth is that we have within us the very breath of Almighty G-d! We can trust HIM and HIS WORD. As we seek to understand what that means we must turn to G-d’s Word. Our self-worth can only be found in the Heart of G-d of our Loving and Merciful G-d, full of Grace and Compassion!
Second, we must be willing to give it all to G-d. One of the ways we do that is to apply His Word to us individually.

For example, we read in 2 Chronicles, chapter 7 verses 13 and 14 where we read, “ …If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My Face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land…”

I don’t know about you, but the word “pestilence” has a bigger, deeper impression on me today than it has ever before!

What is my part during this confusion and sickness? My part is to humble myself, pray, seek His Face, and turn from my wicked ways and, as G-d’s Word says, HE WILL HEAL THE LAND!
What is my “place”? My “place” is on my knees and face before G-d asking Him to remove this pestilence and HEAL THE LAND! Turning from my “wicked ways” means to leave those actions and words that are my own…my desires, my judgementalism, my self-absorbed presence and all my many words, actions and attitudes that are not of G-d!

So, as I think on the things of G-d, I am encouraged to follow His Words, His Timing, His Healing.

How do I pray G-d’s Will? Yeshua taught us that we are to “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.  ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. ‘Give us this day our daily bread.  ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. ‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil.  [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’] Matthew 6:9-13 NASB
If you have not accepted Jesus (Yeshua) as your personal Savior and Lord and and asked Him into your heart, please pray this prayer to Him now:
Lord Jesus, I come before You now and acknowledge that I am a sinner. I ask you to forgive my sins. I ask You to be Savior and Lord of my heart…of my total being. I thank You for this Gift and humbly submit myself to You. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen. Lord, we seek Your forgiveness, Your Grace and Your Mercy…O Lord…
Dear Father in Heaven, please lift this pestilence from us, heal us and the Land! May it be so. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
The spelling of G-D is one of respect. His Name is Holy and we Honor Him. “Yeshua” is Jesus’ Name in Hebrew.
